DYTV-TV, channel 13, is a television station of Philippine television network Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation. Its studios is located at the 3rd floor Elian Tower, Ouano St., Mandaue City and its transmitter is located at Barangay Kalunasan, Cebu City. This is the third VHF TV station established in Cebu City after the establishment of provincial stations of ABS-CBN in 1961 and GMA Network in 1963.[1]
