Cypress Creek Town Center

Cypress Creek Town Center is a large development planned for the Wesley Chapel, FL area, in the area of Pasco County, FL. Originally, it would have featured a large strip mall with major tenants, including Target, Kohls, PetSmart, Sports Authority, Staples, and Linens N Things. However, as reported by Tampa Tribute[1], in 2008, the development was suspended due to the poor economy and was effectively cancelled. However, in 2015, that all changed. Instead of a strip mall with a mini-mall in front of it, the I-75/I-275 Interchange would get a Simon Premium Outlets Mall. It would feature outlets for all these businesses, including Sak's off Fifth, Adidas, Nike Factory Outlet, and more. In addition, several other developments would be built in the immediate area.

  • Costco: Chain Discount Warehouse Store, selling many different products.
  • At Home: (Under Development.) Chain Home Decor Store.
