Cyperus viscidulus is a sedge of the Cyperaceae family that is native to Australia.[1]

The rhizomatous perennial herb to grass-like sedge typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 1.15 metres (1.0 to 3.8 ft) and has a tufted habit. It blooms between February and August producing yellow-brown flowers.[1]

In Western Australia it is found along streams and creeks and surrounding water holes in the Kimberley region where it grows in sandy alluvial soils often around sandstone.[1]
