Criterion Capital

Criterion Capital is a property company which owns and manages a £2bn property portfolio across London and South East of England, including 15 commercial buildings in the West End of London.[1] Founded by current Chief Executive Asif Aziz, the Malawi-born developer, the company's flagship project is the London Trocadero leisure complex and Piccadilly Hotel on Piccadilly Circus in London, which was acquired in 2005. The company has announced redevelopment proposals for the site including a hotel[2][3] A new plan for a 583-bedroom hotel including "pod rooms", apartments, shops and a rooftop bar was approved by Westminster City Council in August 2012.[4] and TK Maxx retail store.[5]

Criterion Capital is also developing projects in Croydon with the purchase of two office buildings [6]
