Costas Menegakis (born January 12, 1959) is a Canadian former politician. He was elected to represent the electoral district of Richmond Hill in the 2011 Canadian federal election as a member of the Conservative Party of Canada.[1]

In the 2011 federal election, Menegakis was the riding's Conservative candidate and won the seat by defeating Liberal incumbent Bryon Wilfert by 4,407 votes.

Within Richmond Hill, Menegakis continues to contribute his time to many worthwhile community organizations. He is a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Rotary Club of York. He has also served on the Board of Directors of the Accessible Channel, the Metropolitan Toronto Police Chief's Community Advisory Council, the Empire Club of Canada and various Canadian Hellenic organizations.

Menegakis was appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration by Prime Minister Stephen Harper in 2013.[2]

Menegakis sat on the Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration, as well as of several Parliamentary Associations and Interparliamentary Friendship Groups.

Menegakis is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Golden Jubilee Medal and Diamond Jubilee Medal.

In the 2015 federal election, Menegakis was defeated by Liberal candidate Leona Alleslev in the newly created Aurora—Oak Ridges—Richmond Hill riding.
