Cooks Creek, Manitoba
Cooks Creek is a community in the Rural Municipality of Springfield. A post office was established there in 1873 on 13-12-5E and later moved.
The community is home to the Immaculate Conception Ukrainian Catholic Church which is an intricately designed structure featuring nine cupolas and built almost entirely with volunteer labour. Construction was started in 1930 and completed in 1952.
The St.Michael's Roman Catholic Church, which was often referred to as the "Polish Church", is located one mile North of town and part of the same property as the Cooks Creek Heritage Museum (CCHM).
