Conyza schlechtendalii is a species of aster flowers that belong to the Asteraceae family. The species are endemic in Cape Verde and is listed as critically endangered by the IUCN.[1]
Distribution and ecology
Conyza schlechtendalii are founded only on the island of São Nicolau at elevations between 500 and 600 meters and are founded in humid areas. Its estimate numbers of the species is around 50 mature individuals.[1]/
It is confined to the humid areas, but in Santo Antão, they are also founded in semi-humid and semi-arid areas.[1]
