Nawabzada Malik Amad Khan succeeded in the election 2008 and became the member of National Assembly.[2]

Election 2013
General elections were held on 11 May 2013. Mr Imran Khan of PTI won this seat in addition to two other seats. He vacated NA-1 and NA-71, retained NA-56.[3] As a result, a by-election was conducted. Obaid Ullah Khan of PML-N won the seat in the 2013 by-election, and became the member of National Assembly.[4][5]
