Comedy Circus is an Indian reality based comedy show that airs on Sony Entertainment Television.

Overview

The first season of Comedy Circus had the tag line "Jodi Jamegi, Public Hassegi".[1]

Comedy Circus started its second season on 26 April 2008.[2]

Comedy Circus ka naya daur adka premiered on 24 October 2009.[3] The first episode also contained [[Govinda]] who introduced new artists and was guest judge.[4]

Comedy Circus – Maha Sangram involved contestants of three previous seasons. Archana represented season 1, Shekhar represented season 2 and Rohit represented season 3. Teams were scored by the opposite team representatives, with the audience watching the show to determine eliminations. The winners of this show were Swapnil Joshi and VIP .[5]

A new season of the show has started on 15 September 2018.[6]
