Natural Ingredients is the debut studio album by American alternative rock band Luscious Jackson. It was released on August 23, 1994 on Grand Royal and Capitol Records.

The album peaked at number 114 on the Billboard 200 chart,[10] as well as number 2 on the Heatseekers Albums chart.[11]
