Christopher Maye (born 28 February 1984), also known by the nickname of "Chris", is a former professional rugby league footballer, whose career was cut short by a horrific neck injury. He played at representative level for Ireland, and at club level for Wigan Warriors, St. Helens, Halifax, Swinton Lions, and Oldham, as a centre, or loose forward/lock, i.e. number 3, 4, or 13.

Chris Maye won four caps (plus one as substitute) for Ireland in 2003–2004 while at St. Helens, and Swinton Lions.[1]
