Chak Hakim is a village in Phagwara Tehsil in Kapurthala district of Punjab State, India. It is located 39 kilometres (24 mi) from Kapurthala, 1 kilometre (0.62 mi) from Phagwara. 132 kilometres (82 mi) from State capital Chandigarh. The village is administrated by a Sarpanch who is an elected representative of village as per the constitution of India and Panchayati raj (India). [2]
