César Blanco is a Democratic member of the Texas House of Representatives and a veteran of the United States Navy. He has represented District 76 since 2015.

Biography

Blanco served as chief of staff to Pete Gallego and Ciro Rodriguez, two Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives from the El Paso, Texas area. He also worked as a Congressional Relations Officer for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. In February 2016, he was named Political Director of the Latino Victory Project, becoming the group's interim president later that year.[1][2]

In 2015, Texas Monthly named him one of the best Texas legislators of the year.[3]
