Cengio (Ligurian: Ceng or Çengio; Piemontese: Cengg) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Savona in the Italian region Liguria, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) west of Genoa and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) northwest of Savona. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,744 and an area of 18.8 square kilometres (7.3 sq mi).[1]
Cengio borders the following municipalities: Cairo Montenotte, Cosseria, Millesimo, Montezemolo, Roccavignale, and Saliceto.
