Numerous distinguished Catholic Universities have been established all across the world by the Catholic Church, inclusive is the Catholic University College of Ghana. The university is among the very dignified private universities. Over the years the Catholic University of Ghana has moved to gain higher reputation nationally as well as international recognition. The university is located in Ghana specifically at Fiapre, Sunyani in the Brong Ahafo Region. It was granted accreditation by the National Accreditation Board on 4 December 2002.[1][2] The first batch of students started on 3 March 2003.[2] The formal inauguration of the university was on 13 November 2003.[3]
