The Camellia Bowl is an annual National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) sanctioned FBS college football bowl game that was first played on December 20, 2014, in Montgomery, Alabama, at the Cramton Bowl.[3][4] The game features teams from the Sun Belt Conference and the Mid-American Conference.[3][4] Announced in August 2013, the game is owned and managed by ESPN Regional Television (a subsidiary of ESPN). Since its inception, the game has been sponsored by Raycom Media, a major owner of television stations in the Southeast with heavy involvement in college sports broadcasting, and officially known as the Raycom Media Camellia Bowl.
