Caleb Plant is a U.S.professional boxer. Plant won the 2011 Golden Gloves at light heavyweight and he currently competes as a super middleweight in the pro ranks.[1] He is ranked by the IBF as their #10 contender as of August 2017.[2]

Caleb Plant took up boxing at the age of 12. He won the 2011 Golden Gloves in the light heavyweight division. Plant was an alternate for the 2012 Summer Olympics.[1]

Plant turned pro in May 2014, signing with manager Al Haymon. Plant won 8 of his first 9 fights by way of knockout. His record currently stands at 17-0 with 10 knockouts.

Personal life

Plant's daughter, Alia Plant, suffered an unknown medical condition which caused seizures. Alia died at the age of 19 months after she caught a respiratory infection which developed to pneumonia.[3]
