The CONCACAF League is an annual continental football club competition in Central America and the Caribbean. It was announced on 8 May 2017.[1]
The competition features 16 teams (13 from Central America and 3 from the Caribbean) in a knockout cup with each round having two legs.
The winner of the competition proceeds to the CONCACAF Champions League.
Qualification
A total of 16 teams participate in the CONCACAF League: 13 from the Central American Zone (from 7 associations) and three from the Caribbean Zone (from 2 or 3 associations).[2]

- 2 clubs from
Costa Rica - 2 clubs from
El Salvador - 2 clubs from
Guatemala - 2 clubs from
Honduras - 2 clubs from
Nicaragua - 2 clubs from
Panama - 1 club from
Belize
3 from the Caribbean Zone:
- 2 clubs from the Caribbean Club Championship (runner-up, third place)
- 1 club from Caribbean Club Championship Tier 1/2 playoff
