C. A. Beggs

C. A. Beggs was first a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly from 1917 to 1918. He had been elected to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Isaac J. Kvam.[1] Later, Beggs was elected to the Assembly in 1927 and 1928.[2] Additionally, he was President (similar to Mayor) of Cameron, Barron County, Wisconsin and a member and Chairman of the County Board of Barron County, Wisconsin. Beggs was a Democrat. He was born in Portage County, Wisconsin in 1860.[3]
