Butter Brickle

Butter Brickle is a toffee ice cream flavoring. It is believed to have been introduced by the Blackstone Hotel in Omaha, Nebraska in the 1920s,[1][2] though at least one writer has found evidence for this claim to be lacking.[3]

A U.S. trademark search turns up the first use of 'Butter Brickle' in 1924, and the first registration in 1928 by Council Bluffs candy manufacturer John G. Woodward & Co. Inc. but this is only for the butterscotch-inspired candy, not the actual ice cream.
