Brzezina [bʐɛˈʑina] (German: Birkau)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Tolkmicko, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-east of Tolkmicko, 25 km (16 mi) north-east of Elbląg, and 80 km (50 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1772 the area was part of Kingdom of Poland, 1772-1945 Prussia and Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 40.
