The Broad Street Apartments are buildings going from 880-886 E Broad Street in Broadmoor, Columbus, OH 43205 (More specifically, King-Lincoln Bronzeville, in Franklin county). They are near the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD), along with the Columbus State Community College.[2] It is managed by Evergreen Realty, Inc., which has been managing apartment communities throughout Columbus, Ohio for over 26 years.
