Board of Regents of the University of Washington
The Board of Regents of the University of Washington (informally known as the University of Washington Board of Regents or simply the UW Board of Regents) comprise the governing board of the University of Washington. The Board of Regents has 10 voting members. They select a chair and vice-chair from their own membership.
