Blažim is a village and municipality (obec) in Plzeň-North District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.92 square kilometres (2.29 sq mi), and has a population of 63 (as at 3 July 2006).
Blažim lies approximately 30 kilometres (19 mi) north-west of Plzeň and 101 km (63 mi) west of Prague.
