Bidya Sundar Shakya (Nepali: बिद्या सुन्दर शाक्य) is a Nepali politician and current Mayor of Kathmandu.[1] Shakya previously served as Chairman of Ward No. 21 for two terms.[2] Shakya is the current secretary of CPN-UML's Kathmandu District committee.
