Barry Heffernan (born 26 August, 1995) is an Irish sportsperson. He plays hurling with his local club Nenagh Éire Óg and with the Tipperary senior inter-county team since 2015.

Career

Heffernan was named in the Tipperary squad for the 2016 National Hurling League and made his league debut on 6 March against Waterford, starting at right half-back.[1]

Heffernan made his Championship debut for the Tipperary on 20 May 2018 in the first round of the 2018 Munster Senior Hurling Championship against Limerick in a 1-23 to 2-14 defeat.[2]
