Bandlaguda Jagir is a village and panchayat in Ranga Reddy district, Telangana, India. It falls under Gandipet Mandal.[1]
Very recently this village was merged into HMDA. It is 8 km from Mehdipatnam Junction. This area is connected to the outer ring road at Appa Junction, from where Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is just 20 km and Gachibowli IT zone is just 14 km. It is favoured by first home buyers, you can get a flat for 2200/- to 3300/- per SFT. There is a lot of construction activity going on in this area.
