Balagbag Araw is a mountainous and upland sitio located at Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. it is bounded by two cities in Laguna, Cabuyao and Calamba. The Matang Tubig falls, is also located in Balagbag Araw, the sitio is one of the tourist spot in barangay Canlubang, the Canlubang Golf & Country Club, "Matang Tubig Hanging Wall" and the "Matang Tubig Cave" and Falls.

The West Valley Fault or Marikina West Valley Fault is a line fault that connects between Angat, Bulacan and Marikina, flows across in the Metro Manila including Quezon City; its extend in Muntinlupa and flows the provinces of Cavite and Laguna; the last point of the West Valley Fault between in the Barangay Mabato, Calamba City and Sitio Balagbag Araw Matang Tubig.
