Anthony Higgin
Anthony Higgin was Dean of Ripon from 1608 until his death in 1624.[1]
From Lancashire, Higgin was educated at St John's College, Cambridge.[2] He was the incumbent at Kirk Deighton from 1583[3] until his death.
