"Angel" is the title of two songs written and performed by Fleetwood Mac.
Bob Welch song
The first Fleetwood Mac song with the title "Angel" was written by Bob Welch, and appears on the 1974 album Heroes Are Hard to Find. It was played on the album's accompanying tour. Welch later re-recorded the song and released it on a compilation album of his.

A different song of the same name was written by Stevie Nicks for the 1979 album Tusk. Nicks attributed the song to the story of Rhiannon in the Welsh mythological folk story the Mabinogion, and in particular Arawn, who is the great lord of darkness.[1]
The song was released as the fourth single from the Tusk album in The Netherlands, but did not chart.
