Andreas Neocleous Evripidi (Greek: Ανδρέας Νεοκλέους Ευριπίδη; born 3 July 1939) is a Cypriot lawyer and a former member of the House of Representatives of Cyprus.

Andreas Neocleous participated in EOKA's fight for the liberation of the island, and he was arrested by the British troops and imprisoned during 1956-1959.[1]

In 1970, he was elected as a member of the Parliament of the United Party (Eniaion Party) in Cyprus.

Education

He graduated in law from National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Law School in 1964. He has been practising law since 1965 and has specialized in the fields of international investment and international corporate tax law.

He was the founder and managing partner of Andreas Neocleous & Co LLC[2]

Mr Neocleous is one of only five Honorary Fellows of the Center for International Legal Studies.[3] He is the Honorary Consul of Japan in Cyprus[4][5] and the Honorary Legal Adviser of the British High Commissioner in Cyprus.[6]
