Amazon Neptune

Amazon Neptune is a fully managed graph database product by Amazon.com. It is used as a web service and is part of Amazon Web Services. It was announced on November 29, 2017.[1] Amazon Neptune supports popular graph models property graph and W3C's RDF, and their respective query languages Apache TinkerPop Gremlin and SPARQL, allowing you to easily build queries that efficiently navigate highly connected datasets. Neptune powers graph use cases such as recommendation engines, fraud detection, knowledge graphs, drug discovery, and network security.

Neptune is generally available[2] in the US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), US West (Oregon), and EU (Ireland) AWS regions, which was announced on May 30, 2018[3]. On September 12, 2018, it was announced that Neptune achieved HIPAA eligibility[4] enabling it to process datasets containing protected health information (PHI).
