Aleksandar Knežević (Serbian Cyrillic: Александар Кнежевић; born December 26, 1968 in Banja Luka, SR Serbia, SFR Yugoslavia) is a former Serbian handball player. He received bronze medals at the 1996 European Championship and won 4th place at the 2000 Olympics with the national team of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.
