Air Senegal is a Senegalese airline based at Blaise Diagne International Airport in Dakar, Senegal. The airline is the National carrier of Senegal.

History

The airline was launched in 2017 to replace Senegal Airlines as the national airline of Senegal as part of the Plan Sénégal Émergent initiated by the President of the Republic Macky Sall and aims to be the leader in West African air transport.[1]

On 30 April 2017, the airline received its Air Operator's Certificate (AOC).[2]
