Afeya Aneisha Jeffrey (born 13 November 1991) is an Afro-Trinidadian and Tobagonian model beauty pageant titleholder.

Life and career

Early life

According to her Miss Earth official candidate profile, Jeffrey was the only child raised by her mother and grandparents. She was terribly obese at age 7-11 and was bullied and isolated that time.

Jeffrey is a former Secondary School Biology, Integrated Science and Dance teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Environmental and Natural Resource Management from the University of the West Indies in St. Augustine. She also gained a second degree in Physical Therapy at the Mona campus of the same university in Jamaica.[1] Afeya is currently doing a PHD in a medical school in Jamaica.

Currently, she works as a fitness instructor, dance teacher, administrative assistant, and a Physiotherapy Intern. She has her own charity called HYPED for obese children.

Jeffrey is a pageant veteran who competed and won several beauty pageants in her island and at regional/international level:
