Adrian Breen (born 1992) is an Irish hurler who played as a left wing-forward/corner forward for the Limerick senior team.

Born in Limerick, Breen played competitive hurling at Ardscoil Rís where he won a Harty Cup medal in 2010. He completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in UCC where he claimed both All-Ireland Freshers and Fitzgibbon cup crowns. He simultaneously came to prominence at juvenile and underage levels with the Na Piarsaigh club, winning numerous county titles including three under-21 championship medals. As a member of the club's senior hurling team, Breen won an All-Ireland medal in 2016.[1] He has also won four Munster and four county championship medals.

Breen made his debut on the inter-county scene when he was selected for the Limerick under-21 team in 2011. He enjoyed three championship seasons with the under-21 team, winning a Munster medal in his debut year. He subsequently spent one year with the Limerick senior team.
