The Academy of Our Lady of Mercy, Lauralton Hall is a parochial, Roman Catholic, all-girls high school at 200 High Street in Milford, Connecticut, United States. It is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Hartford.

Lauralton Hall was established in 1905 by the Sisters of Mercy. It is the oldest Catholic college-preparatory school for girls in Connecticut.[6] In August 2011, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places by the Connecticut Historic Preservation Council.[7][8]

Inspired by the Mercy Tradition, Lauralton Hall’s mission is to empower young women to pursue their highest potential through lifelong learning, compassionate service, and responsible leadership in a global society.

The school's 30-acre campus is located a block from the Metro-North Railroad's Milford station.[9]

Students attend Lauralton Hall from nearly 40 cities and towns.[10]

Awards and recognition

The Lauralton Hall Engineering Team earned the highest score out of eight teams for its aircraft stability design presented engineers in the 2018 Sikorsky STEM Challenge. (In 2017, the LH Engineering Team was the first all-girl team to participate in - and win - the Sikorsky STEM Challenge.)

The LH Swim Team earned 2018 Class M State Championship and placed second in the SCC.

Four seniors committed to Division I athletic programs (soccer, swimming and two for softball) and are among the nine graduates who will go on to play sports at the collegiate level.

Graduates of the Class of 2018 will be attending colleges including Boston College, Georgetown University, Tufts University, the University of Michigan, the University of Virginia, Wake Forest University, Washington University in St Louis, Vanderbilt University and Yale University.
