Aatish (English:Fire) is a Pakistani drama serial created by Momina Duraid. It aired on Hum TV on 20 August 2018. It stars Azfar Rehman and Hina Altaf Khan in the lead roles. It was written by Shagufta Bhatti.[1][2][3]

Summary

Story starts with a girl named Asma (Hina Altaf) who is an orphan, abandoned by her mother who was a maid. Her mother asked a lady (Azra Mansoor) she worked for to take care of Asma. She left Asma to secure her from her alcoholic father because she thought he will sale Asma someday. That lady take care of her and raise her. Asma does all the work in the house, and likes to do household things than study. Mostly she is thought of as a maid even though she consider's herself a family member. Some family from America come into the household residence to get the oldest son engaged. The youngest son takes pleasure in downgrading Asma by treating her like a servant. The household want to get Asma married to the driver of the house so she can always stay at there house as a maid. She gets deeply hurt that everyone in the family thinks of her as a maid rather than a part of the family.
