Dr A. F. M. Khalid Hossain (Bengali: আ ফ ম খালিদ হোসেন) is a prominent Islamic Scholar of Bangladesh.[1][2][3] He is serving as a professor at the Dept. of Islamic History and Culture of Omar Gani M.E.S. College[4] and also the editor of monthly At Tawheed published by Al-Jamiah Al-Islamiah Patiya.[5][6]

Education

Khalid Hossain completed BA (Hons) and MA in Islamic History and Culture from the University of Chittagong. At the same time he also completed Kamil (Hadith) under Bangladesh Madrasah Education Board. Khalid Hossain receives his PHD from the University of Chittagong in 2006.

Career

A F M Khalid Hossain joined at Satkania Alia Senior Madrasah as a lecturer in 1987 and worked there up to 1992. Then he joined at the dept of Islamic History & Culture of Omar Ghani Post Graduate College. He is also a distinguished religious speaker.[6] Besides these Khalid Hossain authors many research articles,[7] some precious books[8] and also translation works.
