The 2018 Western Michigan Broncos football team represents Western Michigan University (WMU) in the 2018 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They are led by second-year head coach Tim Lester and play their home games at Waldo Stadium as a member of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference.

Previous season

The Broncos finished the 2017 season 6–6, 4–4 to finish in fourth place in the West Division. Despite being bowl eligible, the Broncos did not receive an invite to a bowl game.[1][2]
