The 2018 Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship is the 15th staging of the Cork Premier Intermediate Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 2004.[1] The draw for the opening round took place on 10 December 2017. The championship began on 15 April 2018 and is scheduled to end in October 2018.

A total of 16 teams are contesting the Premier Intermediate Championship, including 14 teams from the 2016 premier intermediate championship, one promoted team from the 2017 intermediate championship and one relegated team from the 2017 senior championship.
