The 2017–2018 English Hockey League season takes place from 23 September 2017 until 7 May 2018. The regular season consists of two periods, 23 September until 26 November and then 4 February until 25 March.[1] The end of season play offs known as the League Finals Weekend will be held in April.

Men's Hockey League

The Men's Hockey League consists of a Premier Division and the Conference Divisions of East, North and West.[2]

Cup Competitions

The Men's and Women's National Knockout Cup competitions took place from November until May. The 2017-18 season saw a rebranding with the competition now called the England Hockey Championships.[4]
