1 Politehnica Timișoara have canceled their license application due to remaining unpaid debts and will not have the right to promote.[1]
2 Gaz Metan Severin promoted from 3rd position since Politehnica Timișoara canceled their license application for the new season.[2]
3 FC Arieşul Turda withdrew from the championship during the winter break and lost all remaining matches with 3-0.
