1201 North Market Street is a 101 m (331 ft), 23-story skyscraper in Wilmington, Delaware. It is the 2nd tallest building in Wilmington, as well as the state of Delaware. The tower was designed by the architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and opened in 1988. One clear days, the building can be seen from the One Liberty Observation Deck in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
