Żurawiec [ʐuˈravjɛt͡s] (German: Schwansdorf)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Markusy, within Elbląg County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Markusy, 1 km (1 mi) south of Elbląg, and 80 km (50 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 260.
