Ŧ/ŧ (T with a bar, T with a stroke sign) is the 25th letter in the Northern Sámi alphabet, where it represents the voiceless dental fricative [θ]. In the SENĆOŦEN alphabet, it also represents a [θ]. It is also used in the Havasupai alphabet, and to represent the letter ט in romanizations of Hebrew.
