Łuknajno [wukˈnai̯nɔ] (German: Lucknainen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mikołajki, within Mrągowo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[2] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) south-east of Mikołajki, 24 km (15 mi) south-east of Mrągowo, and 75 km (47 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn. It is close to and shares its name with Łuknajno Lake, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and Ramsar site.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
