Ørsta Idrettslag is a Norwegian sports club from Ørsta, Møre og Romsdal. It has sections for alpine skiing, association football, track and field, team handball and cross-country skiing.
The men's football team currently plays in the Fourth Division, the fifth tier of Norwegian football. It last played in the Norwegian Second Division in 2000.
