Family Tamaricaceae
Some sources still list the Tamaricaceae (tamarisk family) as part of the Violales.[1]
|
Tamarix
Several tamarisk or saltcedar (Tamarix) species are considered invasive in North America, and they can be difficult to distinguish from one another.[1] The New York Flora Atlas lists Tamarix parviflora as naturalized in New York, but does not specify which counties.
