สมภาร

Thai

Etymology

From Pali sambhāra (literally to bring together) or Sanskrit सम्भार (sambhāra, literally to bring together; to collect); perhaps via Old Khmer saṃbhāra, °saṃmbhāra (conditions prerequisite to enlightenment, especially the accumulation of merit; collection, accumulation; provision, materials, necessaries, requisites, equipment; property, wealth; etc). Cognate with Thai สัมภาระ (sǎm-paa-rá); Modern Khmer សម្ភារ (sɑmphiə).
